YOUNG MUSIC SERIES VOL. 5 — 1986 KOREAN VINYL LP
This Korean vinyl LP was released as Young Music Series Vol. 5 (젊은이를 위한 음악시리즈 제5집) and features music by Ttaro Tto Gachi (따로 또 같이), Lee Jung-sun (이정선), Lee Kwang-jo (이광조), and Yu Ji-yeon (유지연).
Produced in Korea in 1986, the album brings together several important voices from Korea’s folk and popular music scene of the period.
A Multi-Artist Korean Music Collection
The silver-gray picture sleeve features photographs of the participating musicians together with Korean typography and song titles.
Songs prominently featured on the front cover include Yu Ji-yeon’s “사랑과 평화” (Love and Peace), “꾸꾸루 사랑”, and “아버지” (Father), as well as Lee Kwang-jo’s “구름, 들꽃, 돌, 여인” (Clouds, Wildflowers, Stones, Woman).
